Refund & Cancellation

We want you to love what arrives. Because we sell natural foods, the policy below balances food-safety and hygiene with fairness — here's exactly how cancellations, replacements and refunds work.
1. Cancelling an order
- Before dispatch: email us as soon as possible at aboud@nexus-tech.shop with your order number. If it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
- After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled, but the section below on damaged/incorrect items may apply.
2. Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with a quality issue, tell us within 48 hours of delivery at aboud@nexus-tech.shop with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item(s) — your choice.
3. No returns or exchanges on delivered food
Amyra Farms sells food and consumable products. For food-safety and hygiene reasons, once an order has been delivered it cannot be returned or exchanged — this applies even to sealed, unopened and intact items, and we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on any food product.
The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, incorrect or defective — for those, see section 2 and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
4. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 2 working days and reflect in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
5. Subscriptions
You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription any time before the next charge — from your account or by emailing us — at no penalty. A cycle that has already been charged will be fulfilled and shipped, and isn't refundable except under the damaged/defective terms above.
6. Failed or undelivered shipments
If a courier returns a parcel to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or refund the order minus any shipping cost already incurred.
7. How to reach us
For anything refund- or cancellation-related, email aboud@nexus-tech.shop with your order number. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days.
