Refund policy
1. Return Period
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery with a valid receipt or invoice.
2. Opened Products
For food items (coffee, ghee, sauces): no returns if opened, unless the product is defective, spoiled, expired upon delivery, or packaging is damaged.
3. Return Shipping Cost
If you request a return for unopened, non-defective products, the delivery fee of AED 25 will be deducted from your refund.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Expired Goods
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or expired, please notify us within 48 hours. We will offer a free replacement or full refund. Supporting photos may be required.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, or as store credit upon request.
6. Legal Compliance
Our policy complies with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection in the UAE. Consumers are entitled to safe products, clear information, and compensation in case of defective goods.
